Recipe: Smokey White Bean Dip

Smokey White Bean Dip
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
- 16 oz canned white beans
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp mayo
- 1/2 Tbsp green onion, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Drain can of beans and mash in bowl until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Place in serving bowl. Top with more green onion, if desired.
- Serve with one or combination of:
- grain-free Siete chips
- tortilla chips
- cucumber slices
- baby carrots
- celery stalks
