Partner with a Registered Dietitian (RD) who will support you through the new changes and customize each week’s lesson to your life and goals.
Motivate yourself to integrate new knowledge through mini-challenges throughout the program. We also encourage you to gather information about your nutrition and wellness habits throughout the eight weeks to build a customized Wellness Blueprint, your path to continue healthy changes into the future.
