The 8-week, online group class series via Zoom begins the week of May 6, 2025! Classes are held weekly on Tuesdays at 4 pm or Thursdays at 12 pm – you choose the session each week that is best for your schedule.
Reset & Rebalance for Weight Loss program is entirely tailored to you: your vision of health, eating foods you enjoy, and setting you up on a path for long-term success. You’ll learn how to build a balanced plate and how other factors, such as metabolism, inflammation, stress, emotions, sleep, and movement, also impact weight.
