How it Works:
Let’s Meet & Strategize
We start with a conversation to understand your organization’s unique needs. During this conversation, we explore your employees’ work schedules and availability, in-office, hybrid, or remote work environment, company culture and engagement levels, and your goals for introducing or expanding wellness initiatives.
Customize & Implement
Based on your goals and employee needs, we recommend the most impactful wellness approach, whether that’s a single lunch and learn, a series of ongoing educational classes, 1:1 nutrition counseling for employees, or a combination of services.
Evaluate & Adjust
We track participation and engagement to understand what’s working well. Using this feedback, we refine and adjust programming over time to better support your employees and maximize the value of your wellness investment.
Pricing:
We offer two flexible pricing options, depending on how your organization prefers to structure wellness services.
Option 1: Insurance-Based
We can bill services directly through employees’ company-sponsored health plans. Summerfield Custom Wellness is in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, or United Healthcare. In most cases, this means no out-of-pocket cost for employees when participating in eligible wellness services such as nutrition counseling or group programs. We’ll help you verify eligibility and benefits for your employee population.
Option 2: Self-Pay & Employer-Sponsored
Some organizations choose to self-pay for wellness services, often using annual wellness funds or incentives provided by insurance brokers. Lunch & Learns start at $300 per session with an additional travel fee for on-site classes.
