Women’s Health: Friday, May 3rd @ 12pm ET

Learn about the most common topics in female health, including balancing hormones, mental health, and chronic diseases. Let us answer your questions and provide you with strategies for meeting your health, fitness, and wellness goals.

 

Nourish and Thrive with PCOS: Friday, May 10th @ 12pm ET

Get ready to dive into the world of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), from symptoms to solutions! This class is your ticket to understanding the four PCOS types and how nutrition and integrative approaches can shorten the distance between the start of symptoms and the road to effective management.

 

Pregnancy & Preconception Nutrition: Friday, May 17th @ 12pm ET 

Learn how nutrient needs change during the preconception and pregnancy stages, when to start planning, and how to pick a prenatal vitamin. If you are currently pregnant or thinking about it in the future, you’ll gain confidence in how to plan to support the health of mom and baby.

 

Menopause: Caring for Your Body and Your Health: Friday, May 24th @ 12pm ET

Menopause is a season of life every female goes through, which often brings questions and sometimes new health concerns. We can do a lot to optimize our health and support our bodies in moving through this transition from a nourished and empowered place.

These sessions are billable and covered by insurance for most members with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare plans.  When you sign up, we will verify your coverage and email you to confirm the details.

If your insurance plan doesn’t cover group classes, the drop-in rate is $15 per class.
