8-week structured program

  • Weekly live group sessions online via Zoom
    • Tuesdays at 4 pm ET or Thursdays at 12 pm ET, beginning May 5th
    • Led by Kristen Decker, RD, Assistant Director of Nutrition
  • Program workbook with tracking tools and resources
  • Practical nutrition education you can apply immediately
