The online group class series via Zoom begins the week of May 6, 2025!
Reset & Rebalance for Weight Loss program is entirely tailored to you: your vision of health, eating foods you enjoy, and setting you up on a path for long-term success. You’ll learn how to build a balanced plate and how other factors such as metabolism, inflammation, stress and emotions, sleep, and movement also impact weight.
Program highlights
- Weekly online group classes, meeting on Tuesdays at 4 pm ET or Thursdays at 12 pm ET for 8 weeks.
- You choose the time each week that works best for your schedule.
- The first class occurs on Tuesday, May 6th or Thursday, May 8th
- A fully customizable and systematic approach with layers of personalized support. We focus on a non-restrictive mindset, adding more nutrient-dense foods, and pairing combinations of foods for balanced blood sugar and optimizing energy.
