What is Perseverance?
Perseverance is a series of live, online, nutrition classes intended to help participants make informed, sustainable decisions about their health and lifestyle. Our Registered Dietitians educate participants on a wide variety of topics, including meal planning, cooking skills, inflammation, sleep, your relationship with food, stress management, gut health, disease management, and prevention- and the list goes on! We meet every other Wednesday at noon; sign up to join our program mailing list and join any sessions that most appeal to your interests.

Learn how to interpret labels with confidence and choose foods that truly support your health goals.
March 18 – Fueling Your Lifestyle with Quick and Easy Meals
Busy days demand steady energy. Discover how to balance carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals to keep your body fueled from morning to night. Learn how to create practical, time-saving meals and explore dining options that provide lasting nourishment for a busy lifestyle.
April 15 – Nurturing Your Relationship with Food
Many internal and external factors influence how we perceive foods and how those perceptions impact our behaviors. Develop simple strategies to help you repair negative feelings about your diet and build a long-term, healthy relationship with food.

From managing breaks to fitting in meals between meetings, this class will help you build a routine that supports both your health and your workday. Learn how to create an environment and schedule that make healthy choices the easy choices—no matter where you work.
