Attending Meredith College, she received a Master of Science in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship with rotations including LifeStyle Medical Centers and Duke Integrative Medicine. Sarah’s areas of experience include weight management, dietary modification for food allergies and sensitivities, integrative medicine nutrition therapy, and chronic disease management. As a counselor, Sarah connects and guides clients towards a deeper understanding of how everyday food choices, eating behaviors, and physical activity can be modified to help each client achieve their goals. Using an individualized approach, Sarah provides strategies for creating satisfying, well-balanced meals that support a healthy lifestyle.
