Kylee is a Registered Dietitian in Raleigh-Durham, specializing in family nutrition (including family planning, pregnancy, and fertility), disease prevention and management, sustainable lifestyle changes. She graduated from Hunter College in New York City with her Master’s in Nutrition. She moved to North Carolina to complete her dietetic internship with Meredith College.
Kylee enjoys working with her clients to help incorporate every day healthy strategies into any lifestyle, especially families. She started her background in pediatric nutrition where she focused on health and wellness for children. She has managed nutrition and culinary education programs for children in grades K-12 as well as provided independent family counseling for parents. She recognizes the barriers to incorporating new habits often begins at home and wants to help teach strategies for incorporating new healthy habits into every day lives. She is passionate about helping her clients find sustainable goals and habits to foster long term health and wellness. She believes in intuitive eating and using food as prevention and medicine. She is also experienced in disease prevention and management through her time with Vidant-Chowan in Edenton, NC and her clinical experience at WakeMed Cary.
Kylee is also passionate about the environment. She enjoys finding new restaurants, attending concerts, playing with her three dogs, spending time with her fiancé and friends, and board games. Summertime is her favorite time of the year!
