Kerrie Miller is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, working with patients online via telehealth and corporate wellness clients in the Wilmington area.
Kerrie received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Drexel University and completed her dietetic internship through the University of Delaware. After several years working as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting, Kerrie found her love of nutrition counseling when she started to work with patients on their healing journey through cardio & pulmonary rehab. Kerrie realized that she can help people the most when they are ready and wanting to make changes. Since those early days, Kerrie has since worked in various other settings including radiation/oncology centers, school-based health clinics, dialysis, and skilled nursing facilities/PACE program.
Through guidance and support, Kerrie helps her clients to identify their own personal health and nutrition goals. She helps to develop a realistic plan with them so they can achieve improved health through those changes in eating habits and behaviors. While Kerrie is experienced in many areas of nutrition, she really enjoys helping clients better understand and manage their chronic diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Kerrie believes that learning to have peace with food is the key to optimal health, no matter what age you are, what size you are, or what diagnoses you may be healing from. When a person can intuitively choose foods that they enjoy and that also nourish their body, they are in the driver’s seat to wellness!
