You’ll learn how to build a balanced plate of nutrients and understand how key factors, such as metabolism, inflammation, stress, emotions, and physical activity, influence weight and overall well-being. This program is about balance and nourishment – empowering you to reach your goals without extremes or restriction.

 

Program Highlights

  • 8-week live, interactive online program hosted via Zoom.

  • Flexible scheduling: Classes begin the week of January 12, 2026, with two weekly options — Tuesdays at 4 PM ET or Thursdays at 12 PM ET. Choose the session that best fits your schedule each week.

Reset & Rebalance visits with a Registered Dietitian are covered by insurance for most members with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare plans.
