The online group class series via Zoom begins the week of February 4, 2025!
Join us as we explore all the dynamic factors that influence blood glucose levels. This program helps people with insulin resistance, including those with diabetes, pre-diabetes, PCOS, Cushing’s, sleep apnea, and fatty liver disease, and anyone interested in learning the fundamental education around supporting the entire body for optimal blood sugar balance.
Program highlights
- Weekly online group classes, meeting on Tuesdays at 4 pm ET or Thursdays at 12 pm ET for 8 weeks.
- You choose the time each week that works best for your schedule.
- The first class occurs on Tuesday, February 4th or Thursday, February 6th.
