We are looking for an office coordinator to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The role is to create and maintain a smooth patient experience, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.
Office Coordinator responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, troubleshooting insurance and billing issues, coordinating health fairs and classes, and providing general administrative support to our employees and contractors.
Interest in the health and wellness industry
Prior experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail with trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
College degree preferred; High School degree with additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant will be considered
Writing sample will be required
This is a part-time position, with 25-32 hours expected per week. Office Coordinator must have availability at least 4 weekdays per week between the hours of 9:30am-3:30pm. Work location based on company needs, but also may be flexible at times. No health benefits are available, however this position can expect 10 days of paid time off annually and additional time may be taken unpaid.
