Molly entered the world of nutrition from a background as a personal chef, avid athlete, and lover of all things food. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from North Carolina Central University and completed her Dietetic Internship through Meredith College, with rotations at Duke Integrative Medicine and Duke Diet and Fitness. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Languages and Linguistics from Georgetown University and is fluent in Spanish.
Molly believes that nutrition is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle and integral to both disease prevention and intervention. As a registered dietitian, she has years of experience specializing in adult weight management, integrative and functional nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes management, food allergies and sensitivities, wellness education, and customized meal planning. As a busy mother of three, Molly knows that sustaining a healthy way of eating requires meal planning with recipes that are both nutritious and delicious that don’t necessitate all day in the kitchen. She enjoys empowering her clients to discover that they can achieve and sustain their health goals in a way that is personalized to their own lifestyle needs.
